Eye Crosser KnotThis knot was made popular on the North American Fisherman television show were, as part of the “Knot Wars” series, it tested and beat many better known terminal tackle knots in head to head competition. It was a virtual tie with the Palomar Knot, another excellent terminal tackle connection.
Eye Crosser Knot
1. Run line twice through eye of hook.
2. Double back parallel with the standing line.
3. Wrap tag end around the two parallel lines two times.
4. Wet the knot and tighten down. Clip tag end close.
