How to tie knots

Email

Rope, knots and boats go hand-in-hand. Whether tying an anchor to a line or tying up a boat at a dock, the wrong knot will lead to trouble and the right knot, properly tied, will hold under extremely heavy loads. The selection of knots included here will cover most boating situations involving the use of a rope. Learn a few key knots well because whether you sail or power boat, sooner or later you'll need to know them!
